| Desktop support expert in computer hardware, software and peripherals required to provide 2nd line support to c. 350 users. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or similar Engineering subject and experience of; Windows 10 Windows Server Active Directory Microsoft Office Skype for business Audio Visual (AV) Systems Printers ideally Xerox YSoft Safe Q Video Conferencing Digital Signage / Exterity Role responsibilities; Staging PCs Maintaining Global Asset Management database Install, Move, Add and Change / IMAC Hardware and software maintenance and support Work closely with Distributed Services, Systems, Network Support and Event Management teams Supervise suppliers to perform maintenance, IMAC of IT equipment: PACS, UPS, PBX, Printers, Cabling system, etc. |
