How We Operate our Candidate Search
Despite being a small 'boutique' executive search / head hunter, we work within many industry networks across the UK and globally.

Working on Retainer
When undertaking an executive search we prefer to work on a retained basis so we can ensure the process is as high quality as possible and candidates aren't approached by multiple recruitment consultants. This means we are part paid up front to start the search and cover initial expenses and the balance when the successful applicant has started working for you. If the candidate should for any reason leave the role after a short period of time, we will begin the search again within the original parameters whilst also understanding why the candidate left.
