| Development Team Lead required to lead a small team of developers, contribute to product design and deliver commercial desktop applications. You will have some supervisory work as required to direct your team. Key skills C# and .NET Experience of leading a team Java, C++ and ideally WPF Responsibilities Supervise a small team of staff. Analyse, design, develop and maintain products. Develop and execute unit tests. Technical reviews of requirements, designs, and code. Provide technical support to team members.
