The surface logging specialist will be fully UK North Sea certified and required to work offshore on an Adhoc basis. Key skills; Degree in Geology, Geological Applied Sciences, Earth Sciences or Applied Sciences. Drilling Equipment and Technique knowledge; Calculation of Lag Time Wellbore pressures Petroleum Geology Evaluation Log Drafting Drilling Fluids Hydraulics Hydrocarbon Detection etc. Responsibilities; Monitoring all the well parameters Maintaining Geoservices sensors to detect the well conditions Maintain the gas detection equipment to analyze the hydrocarbon Ensure safety by detection of other potentially harmful gases by.
