| Private Client Associate required to join a new and growing team and play an integral role in the future development of the practice. This is a great opportunity to turbo charge your career with a top law practice in legal and tax structuring for business and investments, family and business governance, tax, estate planning and vulnerable person protection. The ideal candidate will be able to advise on all aspects of private client matters for example; tax, trusts, estate planning and estate administration with the following key area.: Succession planning through Wills and trusts with cross border estate planning. Inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax planning in relation to individuals and trusts. Probate and administration of estates and trusts. Wealth structuring. UK and offshore. Tax planning for entrepreneurs and business owners This will be a leadership role within the practice that also carries a caseload with varied clients, from landowners to shareholders in family businesses and directors of companies and their families. The ideal profile will have experience in advising high net worth clients on the full spectrum of Wealth Protection matters and be keen to take an active part in any business development initiatives. |
