Our client, a reputable engineering company, is seeking a highly skilled individual to join their growing team. Responsibilities: Take the lead in designing and developing sensor enclosures used for data gathering in the automotive sector. Utilize your expertise in mechanical design engineering to create innovative and reliable solutions. Conduct thorough vibration, FEA (Finite Element Analysis), and thermal analysis to ensure optimal performance and durability of the enclosures. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including electronics engineers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of the sensor enclosures into automotive systems. Utilize Autodesk Fusion software for 3D modeling, simulation, and prototyping. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology to continuously improve design processes and product performance. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion for 3D modeling, simulation, and prototyping. Extensive experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the automotive sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of automotive design principles. Solid knowledge and experience in vibration analysis, thermal analysis, FEA, and other relevant engineering concepts. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative design solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within cross-functional teams. |
