| In this role, you will play a crucial role in helping the law firm bring in new clients and making sure their paperwork is in order. You'll also make sure that new work is distributed to the right team. Your main tasks will include: You'll talk to clients and collect some important documents to prevent illegal money activities. You'll make sure that all the new work goes to the right team quickly. You'll regularly tell the management team how many cases we're handling and how work is being divided. You'll work with the Conveyancing team to make sure everyone has a fair share of work. Required Knowledge and Experience: We'd prefer it if you have some experience in property or office work. You should know a bit about checking clients and preventing illegal money activities. You should be good at using Microsoft Office and Excel, and you should know how to talk to people on the phone and by email. |
