| Manufacturing Mechanical Design engineer required to contribute to high profile critical component projects for nuclear, defence, aerospace and Formula One uses. Skills Precise tight tolerance machining design. Multi Axis Machining Assembly Process Development CAD and CAM, CMM Programming etc. Valve design knowledge highly desirable. Responsibilities Legacy and next generation production MRO Product introduction. Working to strict Defence standards. Control and creation of new and existing processes, job routings, WES’s, SOP’s, BOM’s, drawings for manufacture, assembly and test. Lead continuous improvement innovations. Failure investigations using 3C, 5Y and 8D methods. |
