CNC Operator, Programmer Machinist

Requirements

Experience as a CNC Machinist Programmer using Mazak machines and intergrex 200 III programming with Mazatrol Fusion 640 and SolidCAM.

Responsibilities

Program, set, and operate Mazak 5-axis Lathes using G-code and M-code controlled CNC machines.

Operate Manual Lathes and Gate Mill.

Work from engineering drawings, CAD data, and technical specifications.

Precision machining of components to tight tolerances.

Conduct tool selection, tool setting, and offsets to ensure high quality output.
