| We are looking for a Disability Inclusion Manager to manage the rollout and ongoing delivery of a service that helps employees with disabilities or other needs access appropriate workplace support and adjustments. Key Responsibilities Manage workplace adjustment requests and ensure a smooth process for employees. Coordinate the rollout of the service across multiple locations. Work with HR teams, managers and external suppliers. Manage communications, service information and reporting. Improve processes and promote disability inclusion across the organisation. Requirements Experience in HR, employee experience, project management or service delivery. Understanding of workplace accessibility and disability inclusion. Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills. Experience with reporting, data analysis and process improvement. Hybrid, with remote working considered for the right candidate |
