| Finance Manager KOIBIRD is recruiting for a Finance Manager with ACA, CGMA, or ACCA qualifications and a minimum of 5 years working experience to manage all financial aspects of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO and Founder, The Finance Manager performs a wide range of duties outlined as follows: Processing all bank payments. Processing of all invoices and matching payments on Xero Monthly Payroll – liaising with bureau, updating any monthly amends relating to commission, joiners, leavers etc. Reconcile payroll. Process salary payments and email pay slips to all employees. Send monthly store sales figures to managing Landlord. Process month end journals Prepare month end accounts incl analysis or accounts Comparison to forecast and variance analysis. Quarterly VAT Return to HMRC Cashflow planning and forecasts. Year End Accounts Online submission to CH ONS Submissions Year End Corporation Tax P11d & PSA Preparation & online filing Distribution of P11d’s Annual budget preparation. A successful candidate should also be able to confidently liaise with third parties on behalf of Koibird Ltd, e.g. lawyers/landlord agent/accountants/Bank. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role - retail, stores, stock preferable Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proactive, positive and the ability to work in a team environment. Happy to work in a fast-paced environment with ad-hoc requests from senior management. |
