| Production Test Technician required to work on Electronic high value low volume high mix manufacturing of precise electronic systems doing fault finding, rework, and assembly with some electro mechanical components. You will comprehensively test very complex electro mechanical marine radar navigation products. Requirements RF testing, fault finding, rework and assembly experience. Experience of cellular mobile communications or similar device manufacture ideally radar systems. Responsibilities Comprehensive testing, including RF, faultfinding, rework, and assembly of electro mechanical equipment. Work from detailed procedures, drawings, documents, change notes, schematics, oral and written instructions. Work and rework, soldering, unsoldering, wiring, crimping, drilling, filing, cutting, detailed PCB and application adhesives. Key skills Electronic Assembly and Rework PCA, LPA Antenna Assembly, array refurbishment, Soldering conventional and surface mount, wiring, follow test specifications, Fault Finding to component level, Antenna Testing NFTR, RF magnetron based Transmitter Testing, Solid State transmitter test, Tool Calibration Torque, crimp and LTE Test.
